These are not only reviews or personal opinions about releases but also just descriptions. We randomly comment here some of the stuff we have and/ or receive, it doesn't matter if it's done in 2007 or 1992, and it doesn't care the format, so you could also find in the future just some gig review or mp3 release/ promotional stuff review.
TOTAL NOISE DESTRUCTION
The Markus Wesson Experience / S.O.L.T.T.D.W. / N.F.T.E / Tostio / Infected Etron / Bestial Vomit

Yeah the artist on this release can be proud that they done one of the most sick and retarded cdrs this year!!! Tostio shocked me with some blasts that seemed more like structures but their brutality and mixing of mellow voice samples with their noise is really weirdo. There's an atmosphere of molesting on the whole cdr that might be more expressive and stronger on a better layout richer on designs and info., by the way it really doesn't care as this is true to the DIY way!

When some guys on a hardcore band decide to play noisecore for fun this is the result! A bit short but very funny piece of real fun and noisecore. The songs are mixed down with some folk songs from their area and this is all about a sarcastic meaning against this folk music!
This was a limited edition and they're not planning on making more of this CDR but R.O.N.F. Records is maybe re-releasing this on the future as this deserves a better distribution and ppl on noise from all over the planet must hear the madness from this guys. I personally love this and this is getting one of my 2006 top favorite releases.

PERMANENT DEATH / TAKASHI OHKAWA

Permanent Death consists of 30 minutes of intense noisecore a la deche-charge that really blowed me away! this is fuckin sick! good use of drums but vocals is the most outstanding element of this recording. The 2nd track of the CDR is Takashi Ohkawa, really monotonous industrial noise from Poland that will get deep inside of u when listening to it, a real fuck up the way i like to be fucked up by noise! absurd, intentionless but brutal and mad. Top suggestion from the master of regression!

2004 promo cd of this band from Scotland using drum machine (they have real drums but not played on this). 40 tracks on 20 minutes of pure grinding insanity, consisting of very heavy and deep guitars and bass, direct drum programming with no furnitures and proper brutal vocals. S.P.D. use to start their songs grinding some riffs to become a total nighmare of speed close to noisecore. Sometimes their riffs remind me on Black Sabbath, and i think it's a great thing. I really enjoyed this and i am itching to hear other recordings from this band.

AGACOPLES / BRUTAL NOISE
Split CDR
(2005 | CD-R)
Mortville Records [MORT:025]
Reviewed by Manuel
This split cd-r is being released by Mortvile Records on 2005 but this is really the re-release of a split tape from back in 1995. Both bands are from Spain so you can expect for good noise/grind from them as Agacoples has Violent Headache members and Brutal Noise have Mixomatosis members.
Agacoples songs are more in the grindcore vein with lot of noisecore parts. Brutal Noise is just brutal noise, haha, crazy noisecore very loud. This is a good release with really noisy grinding stuff, but i think that the recording could be a bit better because of the quality sound, any way that's reasonable because both bands were recorded in the rehearsal room...
Anyway it's noise and sometimes it's noisier when the sound quality sucks!!! so get it, it's pressed on a proffesional CD-R... great layout!!!

I guess you guys already know this bands, but for those who don't, this is pretty fast killer noisecore from Japan. It seems to me that when a band is from Japan, it's always great... Excellent sound, songs, vocals (always high screaming, no growls). A bunch of songs all entitled "No Title", but one called "La, La, La". A must! Released on Regurgitated Semen Records, so you should have no problem finding this.

Excellent split tape with B.D. and another noise band: SEPPUKU SHOFU. Both bands play pure noisecore. B.D. plays in a traditional noisecore style but excelent, when SEPPUKU SHOFU play some very short songs plus some longer songs, a bit more in the industrial/noise vein!!

EXCRETED ALIVE / JANGLE
"Split Demo"
(1994 | Cassette)
Cadaverizer Records [CR-019]
Old school Spanish crust/grind/noise scene was such a scene that even to this day I’m still learning and getting new stuff from that era.
Mid 90’s was a great time for these bands and the labels that put it out. This tape is by Cadaverizer Records, from the little island of Las Palmas. The only thing I knew about Las Palmas before was their beautiful beaches and their shitty futbol team (I was a fan of Las Palmas Futbol Club but now they are in the 2nd division I think. The glory days in La Liga is long gone).
I think nearly all grind freaks know Excreted Alive quite well. Side A contains more than 20 EA tracks. The sound is of course very raw and harsh. But it’s very fresh and brutal at the same time. You can hear a lot of hc/crust influences in their compos, not just grind/noise all the time. I think the best way to describe them is: Napalm Death meets Sore Throat meets Agathocles. A 3-way super combo of these legendary bands all mixed together in EA’s music. That makes me excited.
Jangle is from Las Palmas and they play sick goregrind/noisecore with a drum machine. Their side has 260 tracks, divided into 4 parts. The only song titles are the names of these parts, which are very pathologically and sexually perverted. Their sound is much much chaotic and obscure than EA. Nearly all of these junks of noise have the same formula: first an intro and then a huge blur of noise bursting out for a few seconds. It’s very repetitive and definitely boring. But keep in mind that this was recorded in 94, while I was still in elementary school. Drum machine blurcore/noise bands were very rare at those times, and just because of that this tape deserves all my respect and “cult” status.

This is Total Junk Noisecore with punk and hardcore influences. 20 minutes recorded in the rehearsal room.
The sound quality is a superb shit just because it was recorded with a shitty radiocassette player, keepin it real the noise-shit quality as almost bands in early 90's used to do.
One of my fave grind/noise bands at those times.
