Texas based noise artist since 1989. Formed his band, Black Leather Jesus, in late 1989. Started his own label, Deadline Noise Recordings, in 1992. His first solo release came in 1992's "Sterile Technique" tape.Has numerous side/collaboration projects, including: Werewolf Jerusalem, Release Helen Rytka, Crash at Every Speed, Priest in Shit, S-21, Are the Volcanoes Still Active?, Un, Snuff Prom, and more.
Ramirez has collaborated with Merzbow, EEE, Skin Crime, Prurient, Smell & Quim, Con-Dom, and will soon be working with Thurston Moore.
Ramirez has also toured Japan, Canada, & U.S. Northwest.
